HEC Higher Education Commission Announces MS and Ph.D. scholarships to study in the top 100 QS universities in the world. These international scholarships will be awarded for admission into Fall 2021, Spring 2022, and Fall 2022 admissions. In Phase I, each year, 75 master's degrees and around 70 international PhD admissions will be offered to talented and deserving students in all of Pakistan. HEC will offer MS and Ph.D. International scholarships in the fields of Information Technology (IT) / Computer Science (CS) / Software Engineering (SE) / Data Science (DS) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

HEC has named the project Developing Advanced Skills Through International Scholarships. The scholarships are offered under the Prime Minister's Knowledge Economy Task Force Initiative. The scholarship application can be submitted online on the HEC portal. The portal will be available for submission of applications from October 4, 2021. Eligibility Criteria for Hec Overseas MS and Ph.D. Scholarships:

Pakistani / AJK Nationals For Masters Scholarships: 16-year Bachelor's / Master's degree (16 years of education) is required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology and BS / BE Computer Engineering, Avionics Electrical Engineering ) For Ph.D. BS / MS / M.Phil Scholarships in (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Avionics Engineering) or in other relevant fields The First Division (in the annual exam system) or CGPA 3.0 of 4.0 or 75% marks in the final degree of doctorate. Scholarships.CGPA 2.50 out of 4.0 or 60% grades in final grade for MS Scholarships. Maximum two second divisions and no third division throughout the academic career. Age for MS Scholarships: 35 years Maximum age for Ph.D. Scholarships: 40 years maximum They must have obtained the required qualifications on or before the application closing date. Those who are making use of any other scholarship are not eligible to apply, or must repay the scholarship already available for consideration.

How to apply for HEC MS and Ph.D. Scholarship abroad

Applications can be submitted online on the HEC portal. To register a new user, follow the steps below.

Visithttps://asdis.hec.gov.pk/ to log in or create a new account. If you are a new user, please fill out the form in the available link.

Applications must be submitted no later than October 25, 2021. Original online deposit slip or PKR ATM transfer slip: 500 / - as an application processing fee in favor of the Chief Financial Officer, HEC must be uploaded to the HEC portal. The fee can be deposited into account number 1742-79001334-01 Habib Bank Limited, Shalimar Recording Company branch, Islamabad through any bank.

HEC proficiency test (HAT-I)
