This US-Pakistan knowledge corridor is a project of HEC Scholarships in USA for PhD Program,
which is inviting applications for Ph.D. of AJK and Pakistani citizens. Desired
individuals can apply online for this program.
Desired individuals who wish to apply for scholarships must
meet the eligibility criteria required by this program. The criteria require:
- Minimum 4 years of bachelor's degree (BS/BSc/BE (16 years of formal education)).
- Maximum two 2nd Division and no 3rd Division in the entire academic career. However, in the case of Category I and II scholarships (Admission in the top 50 and 300 QS), a maximum of one 2nd Division in an entire academic career is accepted.

Program?
- Candidates can submit applications online at https://scholarship.hec.gov.pk.
- Applicants must also send a scanned copy of the application form and relevant documents by email to shkosar@hec.gov.pk and mqarshad@hec.gov.pk.
