Applications are invited from deserving students (residents of Sindh) who are currently studying in Grade VIII of Schools run by the Department of Education and School Literacy, GoS and the Sindh Education Foundation and intend to complete their post-primary education in quality public sector educational institutions. . The scholarships are being offered for the academic year 2022-23 under the third phase of the Sindh School Education Scholarship Program (SSESP) administered by the Sindh Education Foundation.
This offer is for students residing in Sukkur, Larkana, Shaheed Benazirabad, Hyderabad and Mirpurkhas administrative divisions to gain admission in NJV Higher Secondary School adopted by M/s Akhuwat Foundation. Admission to NJV Senior High School will depend on the passing of the Entrance Test (to be administered by the Mis Akhuwat Foundation) by the student. Female students are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Criteria for Sindh Educational Welfare Scholarship 2022
The student must be studying as a Grade VIII (bona fide) SE&LD School student given that he/she has studied at any SE&LD School for at least the last three academic years. GR number and photocopy of the GR page certified by the concerned district education officer (school completion certificate/DEOt pass certificate will be required at the time of admission.
The student must be a resident of the respective divisions as mentioned above. At the time of admission, the Student's Form-B, Father's Address and a copy of the Father's CNIC will be required.
How To Apply For Sindh Education Foundation Scholarship
The registration form (for the entrance test) is available at http://njv.edu.pk/sef. Applicants must enclose a payment order of Rs.500/ (non-refundable) as application processing fee, in favor of the institution in question. Bank Account Title as follows: Account Title: Akhuwat NJV Operating Fund Completely completed registration form, duly endorsed by the appropriate director (according to the requirements contained therein) along with 8 passport size photographs, and original paper money order must be submitted to NJV Higher Secondary School, MA Jinnah Road, Karachi, by mail or by hand. In the event that submitted Registration Forms are not properly completed and/or do not meet the required criteria, such Forms will be rejected. The latest date to apply for the Sindh Education Foundation Scholarship is February 28, 2022.
