Timely collection and planning of orders and coordination of payments from all regions/Distributors in line with objectives
Prepare timely sales reports and analysis. Maintain the sales history of the regions/zones and distributors in question
Monthly reconciliation of sales data with regional/zonal reports
Effective coordination with all regions/Distributors for the timely presentation of claims, their certificates of settlement and settlement according to SOP
Timely circulation of TTS budget and trade promotions to the sales team. Collection of TTS expenses, their evaluation and reporting.
Help the sales team generate sales analysis reports, RSF, sales volume actions, from the bottom up according to business needs
Ensure compliance with all company principles and policies.
Guarantee continuous improvement using the NCE methodology (Nestlé Continuous Excellence)
what will make you successful
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sales/Marketing or business-related field
- 1-2 years of relevant sales operations experience
- Demonstrated ability to understand business dynamics and processes.
- Ability to understand all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field Sales
- Demonstrated an effective command in MS Office i.e. Excel, Power Point
